All transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. 12huat reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending AML review. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 12huat does not accept third-party payment arrangements.
Responsibility of Player: Players are responsible for any bank charges, e-wallet fees, or cryptocurrency network fees incurred outside of the 12huat Platform. 12huat does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods but cannot control fees levied by third-party payment providers.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x applied to a RM100 bonus requires the Player to place total bets of RM1,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is RM250 unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not played through within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days as specified in the promotion) will be automatically forfeited. The clock begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the Account.

Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. 12huat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
